County Executive , Assembly Tours Eldoret Arboretum in Readiness For Devolution Conference
County Executive Committee Members for Trade, Industrialization, Tourism, Cooperatives and Enterprise Development Martha Cheruto and her counterpart for Public Service Management and Devolution Elijah Kosgei on Wednesday led County Assembly Committees for Trade and Devolution in a tour of the arboretum.
During the visit which was also attended by Assembly Deputy Speaker Sarah Malel, Chief Officers Geoffrey Tanui (Trade), Mark Some (Administration) and Mary Kerich (Environment), they handed over the site for the construction of a gazebo to the contractor who promised to complete the project within 30 days.
The teams also assessed the progress of the facility in readiness for the forthcoming devolution conference.
