Texas Cancer Center Joins a Cancer Walk
Texas Cancer Center has on Saturday joined like minded stakeholders for a cancer survivors walk.
Under the theme of Hope, Strength and love, the stakeholders showed solidarity in creating awareness among members of the public that cancer is preventable
Dr Catherine Nyongesa who is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Cancer Center, has been on the frontline advocating for early testing of cancer as well as embracing vaccines such as the one Against the HPV.
On this auspicious occasion, Dr Catherine Nyongesa said
“To the survivors It’s possible not just to survive, but to thrive and to live a healthy, wonderful life again.” “Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it.”
And today we are supporting the fighters, admiring the survivors and remember, never ever giving up hope.
