Samchi Group Founder and Chief Executive Officer fondly referred to as Madam CEO Esther Muchemi has taken a moment to share her Thoughts on Sabbath
“SABBATH REST
This only comes through salvation and the finished work of the cross.
It has nothing to do with the day, and the days are fine, whichever day you choose to rest, a disputable matters it is, for each choice, you do it unto the Lord!
And when you get to this state, through faith and by grace, you rest from all works just as the Lord did from His.
Works , laws, do’s and dont’s can’t give you rest, in fact to the contrary they burden you and keep you in slavery and yoked to a ” donkey”, so to speak.
Christ did it all, why struggle on your own, it’s not wise. It is mission impossible. Let go!
Below gives me this confidence.
For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.
Hebrews 4:8â€-‬10 NKJV
