Governor Bii Flaggs Off Cycling for Climate Action Ride
Uasin Gishu governor Jonathan Bii flagged off the Cycling for Climate Action Ride, a program under “MaMa Doing Good,” an initiative by Mama Rachel Ruto.
He says this noble program aims to bring together cycling enthusiasts, promoting healthy lifestyles and a greener environment.
” I am glad to note that the initiative includes the planting of 10,000 trees across our region for environmental conservation. We are committed to supporting the incorporation of green and sustainable road infrastructure with work/cycling lanes as we strive for a robust road system,” he said.
