𝐏𝐒 𝐍jogu, 𝐊𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐀 Chairman Discuss Ways to Streamline Recruitmet Process
Principal Secretary @roselinenjogu today held a meeting with representatives of the Kenya Association of Private Employment Agencies (KAPEA) led by the Chairman, Mr. Juma O. Mwangala.
During the meeting, they discussed the dynamics of Kenya’s labour market and the ways of improving the recruitment processes.
This includes welfare and rights so as to safeguard the Kenyan Migrant workers in different parts of the world.
PS Roselinenjogu reiterated the critical aspect of ethical recruitment practices and the responsibility of recruitment agencies to ensure that Kenyans are not frustrated and not taken advantage of in the process.
