Kenya Job and Economic Transformation project
This morning, Micro Small Enterprises Authority Director General Mr. Henry Rithaa received a delegation from the World Bank Kenya led by Dr. Ahmed Rostom during the pre-appraisal mission for the Kenya Jobs and Economic Transformation Project (KJET).
They discussed how to support MSMEs in Business Development Services training, standardization, aggregation and offtake of the MSE Products in priority value chains through various market linkage arrangements.
The project aims to enhance the competitiveness of cluster MSMEs by financing services and productive assets currently missing from the priority value chains but needed to increase quality standards, add value to products, and access higher value-added markets.
