Health Care Professionals Challenger to Render High Quality Services to the Residents
Chief Officer for Clinical Services Dr Paul Wangwe on Tuesday conducted support supervision exercise at Kesses Sub County Hospital where he interacted with the staff and patients in a bid to assess the level of health care being provided.
The Chief Officer challenged the healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality healthcare services to the community further expressing his satisfaction on the quality of care being rendered in the facility such as MCH,General outpatient, pharmacy , laboratory and Maternity.
” We have operationalized the Chronic Disease Management (CDM)
and Dental services making the very services available and affordable hence reducing referrals significantly to MTRH,”says Dr Wangwe.
Acting Director Planning and Administration Dr Sarah Kipkulei hinted on the conclusion of asset redistribution exercise by the county team which will help in proper placement of some equipment to aid in service delivery in our facilities across the county.
She also challenged the facility leadership to enhance the Nhif Claims since it will go along way in improving revenue for the facility.
Thereafter,the entire team visited the Kesses level 4 hospital under construction,where the Chief officer encouraged the contractor to speed up the work so as to beat the deadline of Dec 2023.
In attendance was also the facility Chairman David Maritim who thanked the county government for ensuring that the contractor remain on site and continuing doing the quality work.
