Former Kesses member of parliament Dr Swarup Mishra made a courtesy call to Mama Sarah Samoei mother to William Samoei Ruto President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander in Chief of Defence forces at AIC Samoei in Kamagut Ward, Turbo Sub County Uasin Gishu
This was during a County Thanksgiving service.
