“Today , I held a bilateral meeting, with the a team of experts , which is spearheading, The Glolitter project of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). This project , aims at cleaning the oceans of plastic wastes. It’s for this reason that , Maritime practitioners from ten(10) African countries have assembled in Nairobi,for a one week conference to share experiences and lessons learnt from the implementation of this project.”
