PS Rutto Hosts this Guests
The Principal Secretary State Department for Irrigation Ephantus Kimotho hosted Dr. Eric Rutto, the Chair of the Chamber of Commerce, and a delegation of investors from China Railways No.4 Group Limited led by Guo Dong and CREC 4 Agent Mr. Bill Rotich at the Ministry’s headquarters.
PS Kimotho and the delegation delved into numerous areas of mutual interest, exploring the vast potential for investment within the irrigation sector, it’s possibilities and benefits.
The PS said that the State Department has open doors policy for both local and international investors guaranteeing food security for our nation and improving livelihoods while presenting projects earmarked for Public Private Partnership (PPP) and those that are ready for private investment. He was also pleased to note vast experience of China Railways No.4 Group Limited in implementing PPP projects in Africa and abroad.
