MSE Capacity Building
MSEA Nyeri office in partnership with KRA Central region was privileged to organize a round table meeting between the chairpersons of the associations and Mr. Michael Kamau Kamiru who is one of the KRA Board of Directors.
He was accompanied by Commissioner David Yego who is Head of Intelligence, Strategic Operations, and Investigations & Enforcement. The discussions revolved around the role of MSE’s in the BETA economic model and the significance of MSEA in the realization of the economic model.
The meeting also educated the heads of associations of what KRA exists to achieve as a way of changing the stereotyping against KRA.
It was agreed that the next course of action will be field visits so as to carry on the issues discussed with the larger population.
