RwandaDay Celebrates Collaboration and Innovation at the 23rd EAC MSMEs Trade Fair
The RwandaDay celebrations at the 23rd EAC MSMEs Trade Fair were marked by a spirit of collaboration and appreciation for the innovative products and services showcased by entrepreneurs from across the East African Community. Chief Guest Fideli Munyesnyaka, received at the Kenya pavilion by a delegation of MSEA Board Directors led by Chairman James Mureu, underscored the vital role of partnerships in driving economic growth within the region.
The MSEA team embarked on a tour of stands representing various member states, engaging with MSME exhibitors and expressing their admiration for the creativity and ingenuity on display. The diverse range of products, from handcrafted textiles to cutting-edge technology, showcased the remarkable entrepreneurial talent within the East African Community.
Speaking during the official ceremony, MSEA Board Chairman James Mureu lauded the strong collaboration between Kenya and Rwanda, particularly the free visa policy that facilitates the free movement of people and goods.
