Kenya and the EU share a long history of trade, investment and economic cooperation, with total trade between us standing at 3.3 Billion Euros.

Today marks a significant milestone as Kenya signs the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) with the EU, solidifying our commitment to a mutually beneficial economic relationship.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by H.E President Dr. @WilliamsRuto and H.E @vonderleyen, President of the @EU_Commission at State House, Nairobi.
The landmark Kenya-European Union Economic Partnership Agreement signals to the globe that we are ready to manufacture and export high-value products to the world. It opens the mega, lucrative and premium EU market for Kenyan products, creating and expanding opportunities for our businesses and exporters.
