Governor Bii Graduates With a PhD
Uasin Gishu Governor Bii on Tuesday Graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Project Planning and Management from Kisii University.
His thesis is ‘Resource Mobilization Strategies on Women Led- Agricultural Development Projects in Uasin Gishu County, Kenya’
This was during the Kisii University 12th Graduation ceremony where the new Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr Nathan O. Ogechi was installed as the 2nd Vice Chancellor.
“This is the day the Lord has made;We will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24) I will be graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy in Project Planning and Management.
