Mobilize Resources and Study How Best to Surpass the 1.2 Billion- Governor Bii

Uasin Gishu Governor Dr. Jonathan Bii, EGH, has challenged the directors, deputy directors and assistant directors to mobilize resources and study how best to surpass the Ksh 1.2 billion mark.

Governor Dr. Bii Stressed the importance of revenue collection as he linked it directly to performance evaluation, promising that success would translate into advancements in training and promotions for staff.

The County boss urged the directors to unite in implementing the Nguzo Kumi blueprint, emphasizing teamwork in serving the County Government.

The Governor underlined the need for collective efforts to achieve their financial goal.

Robert Kosilbett a Member of the County Public Service Board provided insights into the policies and guidelines developed by CPSB, framing the day as an opportunity to shape the future.

CPA. Silah Rono explained promotion and re-designation procedures, shedding light on the path forward for the directors.

Dr. Elseba Maseh, also a member of the County Public Service Board, highlighted the importance of balancing leadership and management.

Dr. Maseh emphasized the directors’ role in equipping staff with organizational knowledge to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in their duties, advocating for continuous performance monitoring and appraisal.
