The auto mobile King long Kingwin in partnership with GB auto signed partnership with Matatu Owners Association to enhance seamless transportation of passengers and goods in the country.

The flag off of this partnership is set to reach all matatu saccos, promote the public transport sector vehicles and promote togetherness in the sector.

Moses Muriithi a representative at GB Auto said that partnership with Matatu Owners Association will help members of matatu saccos purchase Kinglong minibus at affordable prices.

Additionally, GB Auto promised to put dealership between Kinglong partnership with GB Auto with Matatu Owners Association, that all mini-buses from Kinglong will be serviced in good time country wide.

Kinglong is a 14 seater mini-bus selling at Kshs 3.5 million, 100,000 km free service and 3 years warrant. The auto motive vehicle is Euro 1V engine not only safes fuel consumption but also environmentally friendly.

GB Auto is a leading Auto mobile industry in Egypt, partnered with Kenya Vehicle Manufacturers and launched kinglong Kingwin two months ago in KVM Thika, this collaboration help to enhance e-mobility in the country.

The matatu industry had become a major source of employment, providing direct jobs to drivers, conductors, stage managers, as well as indirectly to mechanics, vehicle bodybuilders, electricians, food vendors and hawkers.
