Governor George Natembeya Extends Best Wishes to Team Kenya at #Paris2024 Olympics
As the much-anticipated Olympic Games begin in Paris today, Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya sends heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Team Kenya.
With 26 exceptional athletes representing our nation, the excitement and pride are palpable throughout our county.
Under the capable leadership of Ferdinand Omanyala, Kenya’s track and field team is set to make a significant impact. Governor Natembeya extends special recognition to the five outstanding athletes from Trans Nzoia County who will be competing on the world stage: Ferdinand Omanyala (100m), Wisemen Mukobe Were (400m), Zablon Ekwam Ekal (400m), Emmanuel Wanyonyi (800m), and Kelvin Kipkorir (400m).
Governor Natembeya highlighted the exceptional talent and dedication of these athletes, noting that their hard work exemplifies the spirit and pride of our nation. “As these athletes take to the field, we are confident that they will perform with remarkable skill and determination.
