PS TVET Dr. Esther Muoria Welcomes Attendees to TVET@100 Celebrations at Kabete National Polytechnic
The opening ceremony of the TVET@100 celebrations at Kabete National Polytechnic saw a notable presence with the attendance of Prime Cabinet Secretary Hon.
Dr. Musalia Mudavadi and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs. This landmark event marks the climax of a century of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Kenya.
The week-long celebration, running until July 31, 2024, features a comprehensive research conference that includes panel discussions, paper presentations, and exhibitions.
It serves as a platform for TVET institutions across the country to showcase their top projects, which have gained recognition in the National TVET fairs. These exhibitions not only highlight the innovative spirit within the TVET sector but also offer significant visibility for the participating institutions.
In addition to the educational displays, the event sees participation from key Development and Industry Partners who support the State Department’s mandate, underscoring the collaborative effort essential for advancing TVET in Kenya.
