MTRH CEO Chairs 21st Cycle of Performance Contracting
Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) Chief Executive Officer Dr. Philip Kirwa today 30th July 2024 chaired the 21st Cycle of Performance Contract for Financial Year 2024- 2025.
Dr. Kirwa asked the Directors and Heads of Departments to be alive to the prevailing Government fiscal measures which has resulted in substantial budget cuts across board.
The CEO reiterated on Customer Focus a core mandate that each staff must uphold at all times. “Let’s be more responsive, accountable and strive to always exceed our clients’ expectations”
He urged staff to continue upholding the Hospital’s financial prudence and integrity.
Dr. Kirwa said the patient is key and MTRH remains a safe Hospital for all and will continue leading in provision of excellent healthcare, training and research.
