Out of his good job, his popularity has risen. In the survey seen by VipashoNews, the Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino garnered 63.1% popularity rating, trouncing a majority of all his sixteen (16) counterparts in Nairobi, now that Nairobi has got 17 constituencies in total.
Humble and generous to a fault, Hon Babu Owino is keen to always articulate issues of the youths, including empowerment.
