Elgeyo Marakwet Governor Wisley Rotich has expressed his profound condolences to the families and friends of the victims of a tragic road accident that claimed the lives of five individuals from the Kapkoros community in Marakwet West. The accident occurred last night on the Lumakanda road as the victims were returning from an engagement ceremony in Mumias East.
