Sudi Calls Out Deputy President Gachagua Over Allegations of Political Manipulation
Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has issued a strong statement directed at Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, accusing him of orchestrating a series of destabilizing political maneuvers aimed at undermining the current leadership.
In a scathing address, Sudi condemned Gachagua for allegedly funding protests that have resulted in violence and loss of young lives. “It’s no longer a secret that you are behind the dead-on-arrival plan to oust our President,” Sudi stated. He criticized Gachagua for claiming to advocate for the youth while simultaneously sponsoring chaos.
The MP highlighted the plight of those jailed during these demonstrations, emphasizing the disconnect between Gachagua’s public persona and the realities faced by the very people he claims to represent. “Save for the respect we have for your office, you belong in jail,” he asserted.
Sudi also pointed fingers at Gachagua for attempting to manipulate emerging political leaders like James Gakuya, Alfred Keter, and Benjamin Gathiru, while undermining established leaders such as Kimani Kuria and Ndindi Nyoro. “We are awake and aware of your schemes. Instead of targeting individuals, we know to hold accountable the true financier of chaos,” he warned.
The MP further expressed concern over Gachagua’s attempts to create divisions among communities, insisting that Kenyans should not be boxed into tribal identities for selfish political gain. “It’s shameful to dwell on divisive narratives when the real issue is your agenda,” he added.
In closing, Sudi reiterated his commitment to remain vigilant against any plans that threaten the unity and progress of Kenyans, declaring, “Tuko macho mbaya sana. We are ready and watching closely.”
This statement marks a significant escalation in the ongoing tensions within the political landscape, as Sudi and others continue to challenge Gachagua’s influence and motivations.
