There is a ray of hope for several jobless youths and this comes after The Government of Kenya, through the Ministry of Labour, has taken a significant step toward tackling unemployment by announcing job opportunities for Kenyan youths in Qatar. With the recruitment process in its final stages, successful candidates are preparing to embark on life-changing journeys. In light of this, leading recruitment company in Kenya, Samoline Recruitment Agency through its Managing Director who is also the National Chair – Domestic at ASMAK has been in the frontline traversing different counties whilst carrying out the recruitment. Samoline has so far travelled to seven counties whereby she has made sure she gives the jobless youths an opportunity and a chance to clinch that golden opportunity of working abroad.

Josephine Muriuki, urged the government to ease credit requirements for recruits. She emphasized that many young people struggle to secure financial support for the necessary processes and suggested that access to financing through banks would enable them to seize these life-changing opportunities.

The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to creating avenues for employment and empowering the youth to achieve their aspirations.

The processing of documents and contracts for those selected during the Qatar recruitment drive is proceeding smoothly. Departures for successful candidates are expected soon, marking a milestone in the initiative to provide overseas employment opportunities.

Samoline Recruitment Agencies, a leading recruitment agency in Kenya, has been instrumental in supporting this initiative. On Sunday, the agency met with a batch of 65 recruits from seven counties, all eager to begin their new roles abroad.
