A Message from the TENP Chief Principal on International Men’s Day
On this special occasion of International Men’s Day, the Eldoret National Polytechnic (TENP) takes a moment to honor and celebrate the contributions, strength, and resilience of men within our community and beyond. As the Chief Principal, I am deeply proud of the dedication, hard work, and perseverance that the men in our institution demonstrate every day.
International Men’s Day is more than just a day to acknowledge achievements; it is an opportunity to reflect on the importance of creating a supportive environment for all individuals, irrespective of gender. At TENP, we understand that a thriving community is one where every member is encouraged, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
As we celebrate today, we particularly recognize the men in our academic, administrative, and student body who continuously strive for excellence. Your contributions shape our institution and lay the foundation for a brighter future for all of us. Whether in the classroom, on campus, or through extracurricular activities, your hard work does not go unnoticed.
At the same time, we must acknowledge that the journey of growth, success, and well-being is not without challenges. As part of our commitment to holistic development, the Guidance and Counseling Office at TENP remains a pillar of support for our male students and staff. Our professional counselors are always ready to assist in navigating personal and academic challenges, fostering mental and emotional well-being, and providing guidance for a fulfilling and balanced life.
We encourage every man in our community to take full advantage of the resources available and to continue to prioritize their mental health and overall well-being. Building strength is not just about physical endurance but also about emotional resilience, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Let us all unite in building a community that values and uplifts everyone. We strive for an inclusive environment where both men and women are encouraged to excel, collaborate, and inspire one another. Today, as we celebrate the men of our institution, let us also reaffirm our commitment to creating a space where every individual—regardless of gender—feels valued, heard, and empowered.
Happy International Men’s Day to all the remarkable men in the TENP community. We appreciate you and stand with you in your journey toward growth and success.
