Bishop Simon Kamau Mukono Challenges Men of the Cloth
The Founder Bishop of Christian Worship International Ministries His Grace Apostle Simon Kamau Mukono, has challenged other Men of God to embrace income generating activities over and above their clerical/ and or vocational calling.
The Apostolic Bishop, when he is not in the pulpit, puts on an overall and gumboots, and entrers his dairy farm.
Apostle Kamau is a proud farmer and does not shy away from that. He says it’s very important to work in order for someone to acquire a decent daily bread.
“Even St. Paul of the Bible was entrepreneural, having been a tent maker. That in itself is a challenge to us to also get down to work,” he said
Apostle Kamau currently has almost 20 dairy cows yielding an impressive amount of milk daily, which he says comes in handy.
“Even the local pastors in this area, I’ve been encouraging them to embrace farming so that they can be able to sustain themselves. It’s not enough to just sit and wait for offering from your congregants,” the Apostolic Bishop advised.
