Hon. John Kiragu Chege, Member of Parliament for Limuru, recently inspected the ongoing construction of three new junior secondary school (JSS) classrooms at Limuru Mission Comprehensive School. The visit highlighted the impressive quality of work being carried out, with the classrooms expected to be ready for use by the next term.

During his visit, Hon. Chege expressed satisfaction with the construction progress and emphasized the importance of providing quality educational facilities for the community. “These new classrooms will significantly enhance the learning environment for our students,” he stated.

In addition to his inspection, Hon. Chege took the opportunity to engage with local youths who were participating in a football tournament. Students from Misri, Karanjee, and nearby areas showcased their talents in a friendly competition against teams from other constituencies. “It’s inspiring to see our young people making the most of their holiday through sports,” he remarked.

The event underscored the commitment of Limuru Mission School’s students not only to their education but also to community engagement and teamwork. As construction progresses, the community eagerly anticipates the opening of the new classrooms, which promise to foster both academic and extracurricular development.
