Deal To Give 250,000 Kenyans Jobs In Germany To Be Sealed By June – Ruto
A simmering deal between Kenya and Germany to provide 250,000 job opportunities is set to be sealed before June 2024, President William Ruto has announced.
This, he intimated during a cabinet retreat in Naivasha, Nakuru County on Monday saying that the European nation has agreed to open doors to 250,000 professional, skilled and semi-skilled Kenyans in an effort to meet Germany’s huge labor requirements.
Reacting on these good news, Dr. Ekrah Ndungu, CEO of the German Institute of Professional Studies, welcomed this move saying:
” Why should one learn German?..
My answer…German language has immense benefits. You can work in tourism sector,go to Germany for exchange programs(Aupair),volunteer in Germany,study in Germany, participate in graduate programs in companies that pick Africans for exchange programs called Afrika Kommt,scholarships in Masters or PHD or work in Germany.
Professionals are now admissible in Germany Or just to learn the language to become a global citizen….in this Era of globalization you need to be multilingual. German language is a good choice,it’s a language spoken by several countries in Europe.
Is it true about the opportunities in Germany?
Absolutely Dr Ekrah retaliated saying Kenyans should embrace the Presidents efforts in looking for jobs in Germany by staying ready with German language. Opportunities are immense in Germany however it’s the prerogative of the German embassy to grant a visa or to open visa appointments. The demand is very high. Germany is a straight forward nation honesty & Integrity is their second Name….you don’t need anyone to push anything for you. So long you’ve the right papers,right attitude and you can articulate your intentions. How long do I need to be able to speak fluent German?

A1,A2,B1,B2, C1,C2………
For you to say you’re conversant with the language,you’ll need at least upto to B1.
To work as a nurse you’ll need B2
PhD & Masters programs you’ll need B2
