Decision Has To be Made to Restore Sanity in the Land Sector-Wairatu
Chairman Association of Real Estate Stakeholders Kinyua Wairatu now says that tough decisions have to be made as far as restoring sanity in the land sector is concerned.
Wairatu in a message posted in Facebook said as a chairman of the association that he is ready to bite the bullet and ensure that sanity is restored in the sector that has been tainted by various fraud scandals.
“Some people will always be against us knowing that what we are doing is forthright. For this reason, let’s pull in one direction to make Real Estate acceptable to all of us.We are ready to fight to the bitter end until we restore confidence in Real Estate,” he said.
He added: “Some decisions are not made willingly and that’s why some people will be against us for they know they are not genuine. Over the years, no forum has ever addressed the burning issues when it comes to land fraud. We have a council of elders to further address your needs and everyone fighting the association is an enemy to all of us.”
Wairatu regretted that most mistakes could have been avoided but urged Kenyans to invest in a real estate company that is only registered under the Association of Real Estate Stakeholders.
