“I had the privilege of meeting the Deputy President of Kenya, His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua, during the thanksgiving ceremony of the famous golfer, Micheal Karanga, held at Kiambu Golf Club. I am delighted to share that the event was sponsored by our company, Comfort Homes, as we always support innovative individuals who make a difference in society.
During our conversation, we had the opportunity to discuss various matters affecting the real estate industry, such as the impact of inflation on the business. We also touched upon the challenges faced in the transfer of title deeds at the Ministry of Lands. It is our sincere desire to provide our clients with title deeds in a timely manner, but we have encountered tedious and slow procedures.
I am pleased to share that our Deputy President, Gachagua, has promised to address these issues and restore the glory of the real estate business. We are grateful for his commitment and dedication to improving the industry.
