Eldoret Falcon Wins Against Oserian ladies in an Entertaining Match
Eldoret Falcon on Saturday defeated Oserian ladies 2:1 in a game that was played at Marura field, Uasin Gishu County.
Venessa Opakasi scored the first goal in the 40th minute through a corner and later the second one through a penalty in the 52nd minute.
Evelyn Nzau scored the lone goal for Oserian ladies in the 90th minute.
Oserian ladies tactician Hudson Odari said the match was good and thye were satisfied with the results and they are going to work on their mistakes.
“Today’s game was good, we played well but it wasn’t our day kudos to the winners, we are going to rectify the mistakes that we and we will come out strongly,” said Hudson.
Odari faulted the referee of the match saying he had a fixed mind that the visiting team must lose despite playing very well.
“The refereeing of the match was poor because he had set his mind that the visiting team must lose despite us trying hard to win the match. ” the tactician added.
Eldoret Falcons assistant coach Albert Kibet said the game was good and the mistakes that were made by the players were obvious.
“The game was good since my team had prepared well but we had a striking challenge where my striker was a goalkeeper. we have won and the mistakes made were obvious for a man is to error and it’s a learning process to us “said Albert.
