Nairobi County Woman Representative Esther Passaris took an initiative of making sure that Nairobians enjoy Christmas in a special way, more so through empowerment.
Passaris is a believer of showing someone how to fish instead of giving them the fish.
Under the National Government Affirmative Action Fund program, Hon Passaris is keen to empower aspiring barbers across Nairobi. On Wednesday she led her team in Kibra, equipping them with starter kits for self-employment.
