This comes after the High Court suspended the circular issued by Education Permanent Secretary (PS) Belio Kipsang requiring parents and guardians to pay school fees through e-Citizen platforms.

He says he is purtubed as to why Courts are always President Ruto’s manifesto.

“Parents paying fees through e-Citizen was the best thing to do but it’s sad that ehe Court stopped it’s implementation. Why are our Courts always against what our President does,” said president Ruto’s aide.

He says the e-Citizen platform was to protect money so that it may not be embezzled by some principala for their own good.

“If principals are not corrupt why should the Court be against such a move to help parents,”he said .

“Even those who haven’t been born am sure if it’s too taken to court it will be stopped for children to get born tomorrow,” Kibet added.

On the issue of banditry attack in the volatile Elgeyo Marakwet Kibet urges CS Kindiki to take stwen actions against those involved.
