In a bid to nurture the next generation of leaders and professionals, Globalink Mentors Association has been fervently dedicated to providing free online mentorship to youth, particularly those in secondary schools. Comprised of educationists from esteemed institutions both locally and internationally, along with professionals from various fields, the association aims to impart invaluable skills and experiences to the youth.

Recognizing the importance of leveraging technology to connect with today’s tech-savvy youth, Globalink Mentors Association hosts volunteer professionals every Sunday evening during holidays for online sessions. Through these sessions, students gain access to guidance, emotional support, and encouragement, crucial elements especially for those hailing from challenging backgrounds such as broken families or conflict zones.

“We believe that every country’s future lies in its youthful population,” says Kipchumba Korir, Educationist, author, and Director of Globalink Mentors Association. “By investing in their mentorship, we are shaping the leaders and professionals of tomorrow.”

The association goes beyond academic mentorship, providing group counseling and sharing the best study approaches garnered from years of experience in various educational institutions. Moreover, professionals who have overcome challenges themselves share their inspiring stories, instilling hope and resilience in the youth.

“We aim to reach as many young people as possible across Kenya and Africa,” adds Korir. “Our vision is to transform them in the best way possible, and we welcome other volunteer organizations to join us in this noble cause.”

Through their unwavering commitment to youth mentorship, Globalink Mentors Association is not only bridging the gap between education and success but also nurturing a generation empowered to overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams.
