Governor Barasa Calls For Collaboration In Developing Kakamega

Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa on Friday graced the Inaugural Annual Western Kenya Islamic Conference at Jamia Mosque, Kakamega where he thanked faith-based institutions especially for supporting projects in the Health, Water and Agriculture sectors among others and reached out to the institutions to collaborate further with the Government in generating attractive proposals for actualization by strategic investors in Kakamega County.

FCPA Barasa also used the platform to welcome ideas and proposals from the Inter-faith sector, the business community and other private partnership geared towards responding to the needs of Kakamega residents and the overall development of the County.

Besides creating a conducive investment and business environment for all, Governor Barasa observed, his administration is open to development oriented collaborations to help achieve his six-point agenda for the people of Kakamega County.
