Uasin Gishu governor Jonathan Bii has mourned the death of the former Olympic champion Moses Tanui’s son Job Kiptoo Tanui.
The double world marathon major champion lost his son who has been at the prestigious Mohawk College in Hamilton, where he has been studying for last two years.
Kiptoo who was the third born son, fell ill and was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival
“On behalf of my family and the people of Uasin Gishu County I want to send a message of condolences to the family and friends of the deceased May God give you strength during this hard time of mourning,” he says
