Governor Bii on the 2023 Finacial Bill
Uasin Gishu County Governor Jonathan Bii has urged Kenyans to support the 2023 proposed Finance Bill.
Governor Bii said the country needs funds to run smoothly.
“We will not be able to run the country without paying taxes. We should not complain when President Ruto says we pay taxes because the bible says give seizer what belongs to him,” said the Uasin Gishu governor.
Bii sent a stern warning to Rogue Religious Leaders that have been misleading and looting money and wealth from Kenyans.
“We are on the lookout and we are not going to allow ‘Shakahola’ religions in Uasin Gishu. Anyone who will be found will face the full force of the law. We appreciate the Anglican Church because we have tested and proven it is a true church.
Senator Jackson Mandago urged Kenyans to support President Ruto and the Kenya Kwanza government in its efforts to eradicate slums through the building of affordable houses.
“Let’s give the government time a chance to implement its products and roll out programs,” said Senator Mandago.
Mandago applauded President Ruto for setting the tone and pace for the African continent correctly.
“Africa will never be the same again because since independence Ruto is the first president to confront the International Monitory Fund (IMF) World Bank and Western Countries”, added.
Mandago further said that President Ruto’s character, clarity, and focus cannot be put into doubt because he has succeeded in his previous offices (Eldoret North MP, CS Agriculture, and CS High Education).
“We need sober churches to create the right order when facing the society so that we can honor God in everything we do,” said the Uasin Gishu Senator concerning rogue church leaders.
