Governor George Natembeya’s Statement on Richard Ngichabe Binga’s Appointment
It is with great pride and optimism that I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Richard Ngichabe Binga on his appointment as the Chairperson of the Kenya Karate Federation (KKF). This significant milestone is not only a personal achievement for Richard but also a momentous occasion for our entire nation, particularly for the North Rift and Western Kenya regions.
Richard’s ascension to this esteemed leadership role marks a new chapter in the promotion and development of karate across Kenya. Our regions, which have long been synonymous with exceptional karate talent, stand on the brink of a resurgence in this sport under Richard’s guidance. His deep understanding of the sport and commitment to its growth promise a revitalization of karate in areas that have historically produced some of the country’s top athletes.
