GOVERNOR OPARANYA COMMISSIONS ESHIKULUSI ECDE CENTRE
Kakamega governor Wycliffe Oparanya now says the County Government projects initiated by the outgoing administration will not cease due to a change of guard at the County Headquarters.
He spoke after he presided over the commissioning of Eshikulusi Early Childhood Development Education centre at Marama Central Ward, Butere Sub-County Monday afternoon where he assured residents that all Government projects started by his administration have been handed over to the incoming Government.
FCPA Oparanya said the incoming County CEO FCPA Fernandes Barasa’s administration will oversee implementation of the projects terming Government a going concern.
Dr. Oparanya announced that the event was his last in his capacity as the Governor ahead of the inauguration ceremony of FCPA Barasa as the second Governor of Kakamega slated for Thursday 15th September, 2022. He appealed to parents to enrol their children at the institution and expressed optimism that the incoming County boss will steer Kakamega to greater heights.
