Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu Launches Development Tour in Ololmasani Ward
Governor H.E. Patrick Ole Ntutu commenced his development tour of Ololmasani Ward, highlighting key advancements aimed at enhancing the livelihoods of local residents. A significant moment in the tour was the commissioning of a new cattle dip facility at Lelechwet, designed to serve the communities of Abosi, Kabuson, Kelonget, and Ndumama.
Prior to the construction of this facility, residents faced considerable challenges in accessing cattle dipping services, often having to travel long distances to neighboring Bomet County. The newly established cattle dip, which is supplied with water from the Kelonget source, will provide much-needed convenience for livestock care, thereby easing the burden on residents.
“This development is a vital milestone in supporting local livelihoods by improving livestock management and productivity,” stated Governor Ntutu during the launch. The facility is expected to significantly enhance the health of livestock, which is crucial for the economic wellbeing of the community.
Residents have expressed their appreciation for the efforts of Governor Ntutu and Deputy Governor Hon. Kiprono Koech, regarding them as the best-performing leaders in Narok County. The community’s positive reception underscores the impact of these developments on their day-to-day lives.
The governor’s ongoing commitment to local development reflects a broader vision of improving access to essential services and enhancing the quality of life for all residents in Narok County.
