HEALTH CAS PAYS COURTESY CALL TO BUSIA GOVERNOR
The Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) in the Ministry of Health, Dr Rashid Aman today paid a courtesy call to Busia Governor, H.E Sospeter Ojaamong at the Busia County Headquarters.
The CAS and other partners including Evidence Action are in the County to celebrate 10 years of deworming under the National School-Based Deworming Programme (NSBDP), jointly led by the Ministries of Health and Education.
The Governor was represented by the County Executive Committee Member for Health and Sanitation, Phaustine Barasa.
Also present was the Chief Officer Health and Sanitation, Jonathan Ino and the County Commissioner,Dr Ahmed Omar among others.
The event is held at Mundika Boys primary school, Matayos Sub County.
