Hon CS Miano Keen To Buttress Kenya as the Premier Investment Destination
The Honorable Cabinet Secretary for Investment Trade and Industry Rebecca Miano EGH is keen and very much committed to see to it that Kenya continues to tap the best of investment opportunities.
“Investors are pivotal drivers of economic development. Their innovation, capital infusion, and strategic initiatives are catalysts for growth and prosperity.
Over the past decade, the level of private investment in Kenya has oscillated between 13% and 15% of the GDP. In my capacity as the convener of the National Investment Council, I had the privilege of presenting to H.E President William Ruto the Council’s proposed set of strategic interventions.
These initiatives are geared towards breaking down barriers that hinder domestic investment and limit the uptake of available opportunities by investors.”

And on Saturday 13th January the Hon CS Rebecca Miano EGH joined His Excellency The President Dr. William Ruto at the launch of a power sub-station and issuing special economic zone enterprise licences to six investors at the Naivasha SEZ, which will immediately open up job opportunities for over 3, 000 Kenyans.
