He was the nerve centre of “Equitable Ward Development Fund.”
Each of the 30 wards get a share of the county development fund on a 40:60 ratio.

On Empowerment to Youth and Women,Tenai is imcomparable to most constituency aspirants many giving dancing ragalia, bundles to bloggers, WhatsApp admins or changaa to hecklers.
Bursaries are evenly distributed.
Tenai deserve a second shot in the county assembly before he finishes his law degree!
