HON NGUNJIRI AWARDED BEST MP IN NAKURU COUNTY
Bahati Constituency MP Hon. Kimani Ngunjiri has been awarded BEST MP in Nakuru County thanks to his outstanding development track record during this year’s County Gala Awards held in Nairobi.
Hon Ngunjiri won the award after outshining his colleagues in the utilisation of CDF funds. The Bahati MP is known for refurbishing and constructing the highest number of primary and secondary schools infrastructure and setting up new schools to accommodate the ever-growing population in Bahati Constituency.
“My objective is to ensure our children, both in primary and secondary schools, take their classes in modern classrooms as we work towards the attainment of 100 per cent transition”, he said.
He is also known for constructing modern police stations, police posts and modern offices for Chiefs and Assistant Chiefs in the constituency.
“We have constructed 24 modern chiefs and assistant chiefs offices and done away with the archaic huts”, he said.
