God must have noted his unrivaled humility and a great sense of responsibility when he uplifted him to the position of a Senior Government official.

He first served in the docket of labour and skills development as the Hon. PS and was later deployed to the higher calling at the State Department of Shipping and Maritime Affairs.

He is none other than The Honorable PS Geoffrey Kaituko who notes,

“This afternoon, I joined Cabinet Secretary @Waziri_Mvurya in a bilateral engagement with the British High Commissioner to Kenya ,HE Neil Wigan, at his office in Works Building. It’s important to note that, Kenya and the UK have a mutual agreement whose objective is to strengthen maritime security compliance, for the benefit of our two nations. To realise this objective , we agreed to enhance coordination of maritime security actors and structures . Apart from that , we exchanged ideas on : building a collaboration in maritime education and training; promotion of trade and investment especially through ship building and an AfCTA Cabotage system, among others. He was accompanied by Patricia Davies, the Maritime Security Liaison Officer for @UKinKenya”
