MSEA Director, Infrastructure Development, Eng. Edward Karani, recently conducted an inspection of the progress at the worksites of the Ruiru By-Pass Association. This inspection follows the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U) between the Project Developer and the Association. Among the key items on his agenda were product quality, timely delivery, financial access and management, as well as the overall business growth beyond the project’s duration.

The 100-member team is currently engaged in a race against time to meet the stringent deadlines set for the Ruiru Affordable Housing Project. Their focus is on delivering the first batch of doors, windows, and grills to the project site.

In just a week’s time, the team aims to have fully installed all 14 housing units on the first floor, consisting of 28 doors, 84 windows, and 14 grills. This rapid pace of work underscores the commitment of the team to ensure the success of the project, meeting both quality standards and delivery timelines. Eng. Karani’s inspection aims to ensure that all aspects, including product quality, financial management, and business sustainability, are being effectively addressed during this crucial implementation phase.
