Addressing mourners during the burial of businessman, Francis Owino Wanzala Emunyoto, 65, at Kaliwa village in Amukura Central Ward, the Governor said delay to procure drugs was attributed to budget technical hitch.

” I assure county residents that normalcy will return in our health facilities soon with delivery of the long awaited drugs,” H.E Ojaamong said, urging health institutions to utilize the drugs prudently.
