KEWOTA CEO Wishes Kenyans a Happy Jamhuri Day
The Chief Executive Officer of the Kenya Women Teachers Association (KEWOTA) Benter Opande has taken a moment to wish Kenyans a happy Jamhuri Day.
She noted, “As we celebrate Jamhuri Day, let us reflect on the struggles that shaped our freedom, nonor the unity in our diversity, and strive to create a future where every Kenyan’s dream contributes to the greater vision of our Nation.”.

Jamhuri Day, one of the most important national holidays in Kenya, formally marks the date our country became a republic.
Today, in an auspicious ceremony to be led by His Excellency President Dr. William Ruto Kenya commemorates 61 years of being a republic, following independence in 1963.
The CEO observed: “Our independence is a testament to the strength and resilience of every Kenyan who fought for the freedom we now enjoy. May we honor our freedom fighters with unity and progress,”
