Mandera South Member of Parliament The Honorable Abdul Haro Kore has had a fruitful meeting with Mandera deputy Governor.
He notes
This afternoon, I had the honor of hosting the Member of Parliament for Mandera South, Hon. Abdul Haro Kore, at my residence, where he paid me a courtesy call. Our discussions revolved around a spectrum of impactful initiatives and programs aimed at fostering positive social and economic transformation in Mandera. With a singular voice, we underscored the importance of investing in our youth, particularly in nurturing innovation and creativity within technical and educational institutions.
To realize these transformative endeavors, it is imperative to allocate resources towards infrastructure enhancement and targeted programs.
Noteworthy among these efforts is the recent public announcement by the Governor HE Mohamed Adan Khalif, wherein he pledged a 50% bursary for tuition fees at Mandera Teachers Training College (MTTC). Honorable Kore, a leader whose fervor for youth and education is unmatched, demonstrated his commitment by personally presenting a consolidated cheque to MTTC, covering outstanding tuition fees for students from his constituency.
As a county Government, we value collaborative partnership with All leaders of Mandera county to jointly drive successful future for our County.
