In his remarks, CS Eng. Mugaa highlighted the government’s commitment to addressing the challenges posed by water scarcity and climate change, emphasizing the importance of collaboration with stakeholders, local communities, and international partners. “The 2023-2027 Strategic Plan is a transformative blueprint for securing water resources for future generations. It reflects our resolve to build resilient water infrastructure and improve water accessibility across the country,” said CS Mugaa.

This initiative is expected to contribute significantly to national water security, bolster agricultural productivity, and ensure reliable water supply for both domestic and industrial use.
