The First Lady, Mama Rachel Ruto, joined residents and volunteers for a clean-up exercise in Kitale town this morning.

This is part of the Kitale “City” Transformation, an effort to support the upgrade of urban areas.

Cleaning up our neighborhoods isn’t just about picking up litter; it’s a powerful statement of our commitment to preserving the beauty of our surroundings and promoting a healthier environment for all.
Together, we can make a big difference in making our streets, parks, and public spaces conducive for everyone to enjoy.

The First Lady was joined by, among others, Mrs. Lilian Natembeya, the spouse of Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya; Endebess Member of Parliament Dr. Robert Pukose; Kenya Seed Company managing director Sammy Chepsiror; New KCC managing director Nixon Sigey; and KEPHIS chairman, Hon. Peter Weru.
